Alhaji Abdulrahman Musa Bashar

Alhaji Bashar is Chairman of Ultimate Group, parent company of Ultimate Aviation. As the founder of Ultimate Aviation, Mr. Bashar was the driving force behind the vision and actualization of creating an aviation consultancy that delivers the highest quality services to the burgeoning aviation sector of the Africa. Mr. Bashar oversees and manages strategic partnerships for all business units in the markets that Ultimate Group is active. He is responsible for strategic direction and vision for the group, in addition to acting in the capacity of the group managing director of Rahamaniyya Group of Companies. His experience and efficient management style is necessary to keep the directors on task and embodying the values of Ultimate Aviation. Through investing in an expert team of aviation consultants, Alhaji Bashar has actualized his vision of gathering an expert team to shape the emerging aviation sector of Africa in the future of aviation throughout Africa and the world.
Kanwar Ratra
CEO
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ultimate Aviation, Kanwar Ratra leads the strategic development and ensures the organization stays on target to achieve KPIs. His experience spans all large and small carriers and serving functions that include strategic planning, project management, business development, risk management and controls, as well as human capital management. Ratra's previous roles in leading organizations across the globe, both in private and public sector, has provided him the vision and skills to play the vital role that he does. Prior to joining Ultimate Group, Ratra served as President of Galana Petroleum, where he successfully implemented a business transformation program that saw the company transform from a pure CFR trader to a major supplier of oil products in African, South East Asia and Indian subcontinent regions. He was also President of Nimex Petroleum, where he successfully diversified the company’s geographical and product reach.
Marco Ostini
Executive Director
Over the course of a 35 year career in aviation, Marco Ostini has gained substantial experience and recognition for his accomplishments. He has held important functions at the C-level in several companies across Europe for large international airlines and aviation consultancies. Mr. Ostini has been part of projects that impacted globally: in Operations, PR, Marketing and Sales. He gained substantial experience in all fields of management, with a special focus on implementation coordination of global and complex projects in Marketing and Sales. Ostini has built his career in aviation communications, with sensitivities to the economic and political environment of different markets.
